Locally rooted, sustainably committed

Located on the banks of the Semouse River in the heart of the Vosges mountains, TDV is committed to sustainable and local development. The company is taking concrete steps to limit its environmental impact through two major initiatives :

An energy recovery system that heats workshops by reusing the heat generated by wire drawing and annealing furnaces.

The installation of more than 700 photovoltaic panels on the roofs of its site, supplied by VOLTEC Solar, a manufacturer based in eastern France. This system covers nearly 10% of the company’s electricity needs.

With more than 75% of its employees coming from the Vosges region, TDV has strong ties to its local community. This local presence fosters a sustainable corporate culture based on proximity, the transfer of expertise, and support for industrial employment in the region.

Quality of life at work and safety are at the heart of its priorities. TDV invests in ergonomic equipment and develops a culture of active prevention to ensure a healthy, safe, and motivating work environment.

Every year, TDV invests more than 5% of its revenue in developing new products, with a focus on sectors that have a significant positive environmental impact: renewable energy, electrification, filtration, and medical technology.

It also leverages digital simulation and artificial intelligence to better anticipate and reduce risks and optimize its industrial processes.
