TDV, a blend of history, innovation, and commitment

Located in the heart of the Vosges mountains, TDV has been transforming metals for several centuries. Today, it is a global leader in cold rolling, forming, and solutions dedicated to the green energy and photovoltaic sectors.

A history forged in the Vosges mountains

Since 1547, the Blanc Murger industrial site has been shaped by the metalworking industry. Starting out as a forge, then moving into toolmaking and wire drawing, TDV has built its reputation on a unique technical heritage and is now a specialist in rolling and forming.

A major player in green energy production

A major player in renewable energy, TDV has been supplying essential components for wind and hydroelectric generators for decades. Its patented innovation, LPW © (Laser Pressured Welding), strengthens its position in this strategic market by offering sub-assemblies with spacers welded onto ventilation plates.

In 2022, TDV will become the only French manufacturer of solar ribbon (PV Ribbon), with a workshop dedicated to the production of tinned copper laminated conductors for photovoltaic panels.
