Standard profiles
All profiles manufactured by TDV are custom-designed to meet the specific requirements of each customer, in sections up to 50 mm². Depending on their complexity, some profiles are developed from precise drawings when their shape is unique, while others, with more common geometries, are part of standard ranges that include different variants such as flat, square, or special shapes.

Our standard flat profiles with rounded edges, rectangular flats, squares, hexagons, half-rounds, half-rounds, and others are distinguished by their versatility and high precision. They are used in a variety of fields such as architecture (facades, gratings, sunshades, street furniture), model making (miniature rails), assembly (clips), food processing (skewers, skewers), and guidance systems for the aerospace, railway, medical, and defense industries. They also find applications in automotive equipment, springs, cut or stamped parts, and connectors.
