Shaped wire manufacturing
Our rolling mills are equipped with 15 production lines capable of transforming a wide variety of raw wire into high-precision technical profiles. The workshop is complemented by three wire drawing machines and three heat treatment lines.
➕ Annual capacity: up to 3,000 tons produced
➕ Expertise in multiple sections: round, oval, flat, custom-made; in total, TDV has expertise in over 1,200 different shapes
➕ Dedicated surface area: 10,000 m² exclusively reserved for cold rolling of metals.
Thanks to our automated machinery and precise control of the process, we ensure exemplary dimensional consistency
Stainless steel welding workshop
Our products are manufactured in our own workshops.
Our welding workshop covers an area of 2,400 m².
Our workshop has 25 machines, including:

More than 1,000 different products designed and manufactured in our workshop by our design office. Thanks to one of the most modern machine parks in the sector, as well as two state-of-the-art surface treatment lines, TDV can handle medium and large production runs, offering the best value for money.
Wire rod & stock
TDV has a large stock of raw materials and finished products.

Design office & tooling
The TDV design office designs custom-made rolled profiles tailored to each customer’s technical requirements.
Our technicians analyze functional constraints and develop optimized solutions using advanced modeling tools.
Each profile is designed to guarantee precision, performance, and durability.
Our workshop manufactures all the tools required for rolling: rollers, cylinders, and discs.
Equipped with high-precision machines, it performs turning, milling, grinding, and rigorous checks.
This complete control of the chain guarantees the quality, repeatability, and longevity of the tools.
