TDV is recognized worldwide for its profiles designed for the pulp separation industry.
Our customers, located around the world, use our products to manufacture fiber separation components, such as baskets and strainers.
These components are made from special profiles that meet extremely strict acceptance criteria (dimensional tolerances, standard deviation, dispersion, geometry, surface finish), which we are able to guarantee with precision thanks to our expertise and mastery of the process.

TDV processes a wide range of grades to meet a variety of requirements: stainless steels (304, 316, 321, 904L, Duplex, etc.), carbon steels (C70, C4D, C66, etc.), copper alloys (brass, monel, nickel silver), as well as special nickel alloys (Alloy, Inconel, Hastelloy) and titanium.
